| Impact, actions & engagements remarquables | | | The region "Kutch-Gujarat" receive lowest rainfall in the state of Gujarat. There is no source of irrigation and hence farmer getting reduced productivity year after year, starting to lose interest in Agriculture and there was alarming trend of migration from this region. Castor Products Company from 2006 made efforts to organize the farmers in to group, helped them to do planning for crops depends on market conditions, created awareness amongst group farmers for Organic Agriculture System and arranged Organic Certification, established quality parameters which meets International Quality Standards, established transportation system and fixing fair price. After most difficult year in the recent history of human beings in 2020, there were lots of challenges observed. Due to challenges in the SEA transportation new difficulties observed and everyone stuck to move goods. Fortunately with the support of their esteemed buyers and their Fair Trade Policies they somehow managed to sail in difficult time. | ||||
