| Impact, actions & engagements remarquables | | | Ervateira Catanduvas is in the sector of production and processing of yerba mate, they are resident in the community of Catanduvas-SC and considered as a production operation committed to the FFL norm. They have 5 organic producers and FFL and 25 permanent workers. The use of the fonds of development fair trade is monitored by a committee consisting of director and representatives of the workers and of two producers, as well as a person of the community of Catanduvas. The process of decision is managed with meetings with workers and producers in order to get their expectations and demands and decision of the committee with communication afterwards in a subsequent meeting and related to the use of the funds. | ||||
