The company has a fair-trade policy and philosophy, which aims to improve the working conditions and livelihoods of mostly smallholder producers in Latin America. Fair for Life Premiums are used by the main producer for various social projects, such as financing sanitary facilities in a local college and further support for education and health. Saldac est une société française avec des liens étroits traditionnels avec le Pérou. La société a une politique et une philosophie de commerce équitable, qui vise à améliorer les conditions de travail et les moyens de subsistance de la plupart des petits producteurs en Amérique latine.
