| Impact, actions & engagements remarquables | | | En/FR : Created in 2009, BUURSINE INTERNATIONAL SARL is a company producing, transforming and exporting Organic Farming Products. The two products affected by FFL are cashew kernel and fresh mango. Fresh mango is also GLOBAL.G.A.P certified. including GRASP. It structures and supervises two groups of producers who provide the raw material it needs. Thus, for mango, producers are structured into a legal entity and cashew producers have their registration files in progress. Its processing and packaging units for almond nuts and fresh mango, respectively, use 80% female labor. Almost all of the producers are men because socioeconomic realities do not make it easier for women to access land as owner. Créée en 2009, BUURSINE INTERNATIONAL SARL est une société de production, de transformation et d'exportation de Produits l'Agriculture Biologique. Les deux produits concernés par FFL sont l’amande de cajou et la mangue fraiche. La mangue fraiche est aussi certifiée GLOBAL.G.A.P. y compris GRASP. Elle structure et encadre deux groupes de producteurs qui fournissent la matière première dont elle a besoin. Ainsi pour la mangue les producteurs sont structurés en une entité légale et les producteurs d’anacarde ont leurs dossiers immatriculation en cours. Ses unités de transformation et de conditionnement respectivement des noix en amande, et de la mangue fraiche utilisent 80% de main d’œuvre féminine. La quasi-totalité des producteurs des hommes car les réalités socioéconomiques ne facilitent pas aux femmes l’accès à la terre comme propriétaire. | ||||
