| Impact, actions & engagements remarquables | | | EN/FR For several decades, AAK has been involved in the shea sector in Burkina Faso and more broadly in West Africa. After having developed a direct supplying program with women's groups respecting criteria of transparency, traceability and capacity building of organizations, AAK wanted to strengthen its commitment by developing a fair trade supply-chain with the women's groups involved in shea butter in Burkina Faso. Satisfied by a promising start, AAK now wishes to participate in the development of the Fair Trade sector by supporting new operators to integrate fair trade good practices and by setting up solid commercial partnerships. Depuis plusieurs décennies, AAK est engagé dans le secteur du karité au Burkina Faso et plus largement en Afrique de l'Ouest. Après avoir développé un programme d'approvisionnement direct auprès de groupements de femmes respectant des critères de transparence, de traçabilité et de renforcement des capacités des organisations, AAK a souhaité renforcer son engagement en développant une filière équitable avec les groupements de femmes impliquées dans le secteur du karité au Burkina Faso. Satisfait par un début de collaboration prometteur, AAK souhaite à présent participer au développement de la filière équitable en accompagnant de nouveaux opérateurs à intégrer les bonnes pratiques équitables et en mettant en place de solides partenariats commerciaux. | ||||
