| Impact, actions & engagements remarquables | | | Biophap's vision is a social agribusiness, pinoneer in internaltionally certified organic products in Vietnam. Their mission is moving toward to sustainable social agriculture. They aim to: 1. Changing agricultural lifestyle and creating long-term jobs and work with local labor. 2. Giving free regular technical training to 16 families farmers of Bahnar. 3. Communicating to raise awareness around permaculture philosophy and organic agriculture. 4. Choosing to grow perennials intercropping with annuals crop depends on the climate and local genes to help farmer be independent for their input every year. 5. Choosing international organic certifications instead local certification to develop the branding of local agricultural products. 6. Reducing CO2 emission by local consumption and create biomass long-term stability. 7. Help the Bannah people raise their awareness. The Bannah people can not speak more Vietnamese language, so BIOPHAP will pay more attention to develop about education. 8. Reinvestement in production, improve labor productivity of farmers. | ||||
