NATURE ET ALIMENTS est une entreprise familiale centenaire et qui s’est intéressée à l’Agriculture Biologique en 1978. C’est non seulement le mode de production, mais aussi les valeurs sociales et sociétales qui ont engagé l’entreprise à développer une activité bio. Ainsi, le respect de la biodiversité, le bien être des équipes, l’implication dans le territoire et les rapports équitables avec fournisseurs et clients ont été des points d’attention dans la démarche de l’entreprise. En 2013, NATURE ET ALIMENTS a formalisé sa démarche RSE et fixe annuellement un plan d’actions sur les différents piliers de la démarche. Sur les approvisionnements sucre ou cacao, NATURE ET ALIMENTS a choisi de s’impliquer dans l’association BIOPARTENAIRE et de privilégier des achats de matières issues de filières BIOPARTENAIRES, basées sur l'attestation FFL, garantissant une rémunération juste, une contractualisation pluriannuelle sur des volumes d’achat, la mise en place de projets de développement dans les coopératives de petits producteurs. En 2015, NATURE ET ALIMENTS a ainsi pu rendre visite à la coopérative de production du cacao et vérifier par nous-même la mise en place des engagements prévus par l'attestation FFL et le label BIOPARTENAIRE. NATURE ET ALIMENTS a en 2020 fait un voyage au Paraguay pour rencontrer les producteurs de sucre de canne et ainsi vérifier les engagements de développement mis en place. En 2020, NATURE ET ALIMENTS a aussi chercher à passer sur deux nouvelles filières équitables : le sucre de coco et les graines de chia.
NATURE ET ALIMENTS is a 100-year-old family business that has been interested in Organic Farming in 1978. It is not only the mode of production, but also the social and societal values that have led the company to develop an organic activity. . Thus, the respect of biodiversity, the well being of the teams, the implication in the territory and the equitable relations with suppliers and customers were points of attention in the approach of the company. In 2013, NATURE ET ALIMENTS formalized its CSR approach and annually sets an action plan on the various pillars of the approach. On the sugar or cocoa supplies, NATURE ET ALIMENTS has chosen to become involved in the BIOPARTENAIRE association and to favor purchases of materials from BIOPARTENAIRE sectors, based on the FFL certification, guaranteeing a fair remuneration, a multi-year contractualization on volumes purchasing, the implementation of development projects in cooperatives of small producers. In 2015, NATURE ET ALIMENTS was able to visit the cocoa production cooperative and verify for ourselves the implementation of the commitments provided by the FFL certificate and the BIOPARTENAIRE label. In 2020, NATURE ET ALIMENTS has visiting cane sugar producers to see developpement projects with producers. Moreover NATURE ET ALIMENTS signs 2 new FFL raw material : coconut sugar and chia seeds. |
