On the environmental front, they have been awarded several awards for their environmental efforts: wood building, recovery well, Canadian well, photovoltaic panels .... On a social level, they support the local economy, they sponsor and belong to associations. Their employees have wages above social minima. Everyone has a personal freedom of action. Their purchases are based on mutual respect with transparency on their negotiations by promoting perfect fairness. They have integrated environmental issues with waste treatment and energy saving. All their coffees are 100% organic and 100% fair trade in 2020 where all the actors feel valued, accomplished, recognised and happy to participate in the commitments of this company. They are making progress in setting up FFL chains with partners in different countries, the latest being decaffeinated Peru, Guatemala, and Indonesia to come.
