| Impact, special achievements & commitments | | | EN / FR MAB, a subsidiary of the Biolandes France group, employs over 130 people (cultivation and distillery) for the production of FFL ORGANIC ESSENTIAL OILS. 190 hectares are planted with more than 15 different EOs produced on the site. Energy for the distillery and offices is generated by solar panels. The DEVELOPMENT FUND (5% of turnover) is paid regularly to the ARASMA association. The association's office follows the development plan: bridges, public solar lighting, school refurbishment, additional classrooms, a hostel and a dispensary have all been built. The environmental management of the MAB distillery is in complete balance: the firewood comes from the cleaning of the cocoa plots. MAB also carries out annual reforestation. The company's ethics comply with the biolandes group's ethics charter. https://www.biolandes.com/ MAB filiale du groupe Biolandes France emploie plus de 130 personnes (culture et distillerie) pour la production d'HUILES ESSENTIELLES BIO FFL. 190 ha sont plantés avec plus de 15 HE différentes produites sur le site. L'energie de la distillerie et bureaux est générée par des panneaux solaire. Le FOND DE DEVELOPPEMENT (5% du chiffre d'affaire) est reversé régulierement à l'association ARASMA. Le bureau de l'association suit le plan de developpement: Pont, eclairage solaire public, refection d'ecole, ajout de salle de classe, foyer, dispensaire ont pu voir ainsi le jour. La gestion environnementale de la distillerie MAB est en total équilibre.Le bois de chauffe provient du nettoyage des parcelles de cacao. MAB effectue également des reboisements annuels.
