The women gathered in the association Tazghlilte, partner of Argane Aouzac, are proud and grateful. They explained how their lives have changed since they had the opportunity to work thanks to the crushing of afiach (argan fruit), work they have been doing for a long time as a family activity. It is a project that has effectively empowered women and their autonomy. Argane Aouzac est un projet de Commerce équitable qui marche en général très bien. Les femmes réunies dans l’association Tazghlilte, partenaire d’Argane Aouzac, en sont fières et reconnaissantes. Elles ont expliqué la façon dont leurs vies sont changées depuis qu’elles ont eu l’opportunité de travailler dans la casse et le concassage de l’afiach (fruit d’argan), travail qu’elles faisaient depuis très longtemps comme une activité familiale. C’est un projet qui a effectivement renforcé les capacités des femmes et leur autonomie. | ||||
