| Impact, special achievements & commitments | | | Starting the Fair Trade project, Citromax hopes to achieve a joint effort with a common objective, involving all the parties of the process: packaging and production, client, society and its environment. The creation of a committee that represents all parties and works together can form new dialogues, new ideas and a general improvement of the social environment and their own living conditions. Likewise, labor relations and the feeling of belonging are strengthened, the worker who, in addition to obtaining a decent salary and fair conditions, can achieve more benefits for them and for society. They hope to develop the spirit of participation and collaboration of all parties. The project allows them to develop skills for dialogue, conflict resolution, observation of the environment and society, and to get involved in other additional work activities. By being part of this joint project, the workers involved are placed in another perspective, having an active participation in a project together with the company. The projects proposed by the assembly are to improve their living conditions and their environment. | ||||
