| Impact, special achievements & commitments | | | In the development of their productive activities Frutas Comerciales S.A. generates working opportunities within the legal national frame (legal new hire, with legal yields, access to health and family compensation). They find within their female staff women, head of their home and families of rural zones, where the offer of works is in general very informal and scarce or no dignified opportunities to work exist, as those existing do not comply with the working legislation and for this reason the activity of Frutas Comerciales S.A. are in favour of the appreciation of the work and the worker. At the same time they support and assist actively the small producers of different zones in Colombia providing the necessary technical assistance, acting in zones which are affected by the armed conflict, addressing Buenas Practicas Agrícolas (good agricultural practices) and Global GAP. | ||||
