Kangli has a clear management system for all employees and is constantly improving its production facilities and reducing physical expenditures. Through wage rates, incentive systems and welfare protection, we ensure that all participants have access to reasonable work schedules, safe and good working conditions, fair incomes and reliable channels for complaints.We also support labor laws. Especially, we fght against all discriminatons, forced and children work.
All producers are taken care of, the company has a long term contract with the beekeepers, and in March of each year we have a discussion with the beekeepers about the prices throughout the year, and the prices of all raw materials for FL Organic Royal Jelly are 15-20% higher than the market price. We also provide all beekeepers with comprehensive medical checkups as well as daily distribution of fruits and vegetables during production. We will continue to continuously improve the lives of our beekeepers so that their quality of life will gradually improve.
Environnement
kangli strictly respects the recommendatons of the Con-venton on Internatonal Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fau-na and Flora.
In addition, in our actions we save resources such as water, electricity, paper or transportation. Among our many projects, we change some of our fuel vehicles to electric ones . Sorting garbage in different ways . Donating books to a school for the deaf, etc.
Quality requirement
Kangli is ISO9001, HACCP and FL Organic certified. The peace of mind and safety of our products is ensured through a strict traceability management system.
At the source of raw materials, we have complete procurement records to ensure the correct labeling of raw materials, as well as independent cold storage and cold chain transportation conditions. FL Organic product quality management is thoroughly implemented at the production site in our own factory, and every employee in the production line implements strict hygiene management to achieve a 100% clean working environment. All FL Organic raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products have passed ppb level pesticide residues, veterinary drugs, microbiological tests, allergenic substances and other negative tests. Each batch of products can be strictly traced from the finished product to the origin of the raw material. |
