| Impact, special achievements & commitments | | | We seek out suppliers who can sustainably collect or cultivate herbs that meet the quality standards we need. This can often take years of development. By fostering long-term relationships and paying a fair wage (through programs like Fair Trade, FairWild, and supporting the Traditional Medicinals Foundation efforts), we support our farmers and collectors to create high quality products. These relationships have been so successful that we’ve been working with some of our suppliers for more than 30 years. At this point, we are ready to take our commitments to another level of security and scrutiny. We have set an ambitious goal of increasing our Fair purchases to 80% total volume by 2030 in partnership with the rigorous Fair for Life standard. We are growing our relationships with multiple FFL producers and securing futures with them as FFL partners. | ||||
