| Impact, special achievements & commitments | | | EN/FR Jacarandas is one of the leading suppliers of spices and essential oils in Madagascar. Since its foundation in 2004, the company has continually aimed to take responsibility for sustainable development and has always worked with small producers. Today, the company is involved with 146 small producers and aims to impact primarily these small producers with whom it collaborates in the production of raw materials as well as the situation of its employees to ensure them financial and social security. Development projects for each locality are therefore set up through the development fund, including improving access to education and school infrastructure, access to drinking water and electricity in remote areas. Jacarandas est une des sociétés fournisseurs d’épices et d’huiles essentielles de Madagascar. Depuis sa fondation en 2004, la société vise continuellement à prendre responsabilité à un développement durable et a toujours travaillé avec des petits producteurs. Aujourd'hui, l'entreprise est engagée avec 146 petits producteurs et vise à impacter en premier lieu ces petits producteurs avec qui elle collabore dans la production de matières premières ainsi que la situation de ses salariés pour leur assurer une sécurité financière et sociale. Des projets de développement pour chaque localité sont donc mis en place par le biais du fond de développement incluant l'amélioration de l'accès à l'éducation et les infrastructures scolaires, l'accès à l'eau potable et l'électricité dans les zones reculées. | ||||
