| Impact, special achievements & commitments | | | EN/FR KAALA preserves the forests of Burkina Faso by exploiting dry trees that have reached natural maturity for timber processors and designer creations. The company is also totally devoted to the preservation of biodiversity and has thus set up an experimental nursery with the objective of sowing and growing endangered species. These plants are then entrusted to reforestation associations and local residents to participate in the reforestation of the region. In addition to being a project committed to the preservation of nature, KAALA is a human-conscious company wishing to transmit ancestral know-how, in order to allow men and women to flourish in beautiful professions. KAALA préserve les forêts du Burkina Faso en exploitant les arbres secs arrivés naturellement à maturité pour les transformer en bois d'œuvre et créations design. L'entreprise est d’autre part totalement dévouée à la préservation de la biodiversité et a ainsi mis en place une pépinière expérimentale dont l'objectif est de semer et faire pousser des espèces en voie de disparition. Ces plants sont ensuite confiés à des associations de reboisement et des riverains pour participer au reboisement de la région. En plus d'être un projet engagé pour la préservation de la nature, KAALA est une entreprise à conscience humaine désirant transmettre des savoir-faire ancestraux, afin de permettre à des hommes et des femmes de s’épanouir dans de beaux métiers. | ||||
