The CCF Center of fruit conditioning, was founded in 1992 by Mr Chibani, an experienced engineer, who grew up and lives in the town of DOUZ, in the heart of the Nefzawa region, known for the best quality of Deglet Nour dates. His family has been cultivating palm trees for several generations using a traditional and purely organic cultivation method. Although his path seems clear, it is with boldness that Mr. Chibani has opted for a modern company. Over time, he has equipped his company with the latest technological advances and taken care to preserve the values ​​handed down by his ancestors in his way of doing things.
CCF is IFS, ISO 22000, BIO TN, NOP, Biosuisse, Global Gap, Kosher and HIH (Organic Rapunzel Fair trade) certified.
Since 2012 CCF has been committed to a fair trade approach based on dialogue, transparency and respect CCF is HIH certified (Organic Rapunzel Fair trade), this approach contributes to sustainable development by offering better commercial conditions and by guaranteeing the rights of producers and marginalized workers. As part of its Fair for life certification CCF mainly aims to support its producer's group and increasingly improve their income and standard of living. There are 21 farmers spread over several localities of Douz delegation in south Tunisia.

Le CCF Centre de conditionnement de Fruit, a été fondée en 1992 par Mr Chibani, ingénieur expérimenté, qui a grandi et vit dans la ville de DOUZ, au cœur de la région de Nefzawa, connue pour la meilleure qualité des dattes Deglet Nour. Sa famille cultive des palmiers depuis plusieurs générations selon une méthode de culture traditionnelle et purement biologique. Bien que sa voie semble toute tracée, c’est avec audace que Monsieur chibani a opté pour une entreprise moderne. Au fil du temps, il a doté son entreprise des dernières avancées technologiques et a pris soin de conserver les valeurs léguées par ses ancêtres dans sa façon de faire.
CCF est certifiée IFS, ISO 22000, BIO TN, NOP, Biosuisse, Global Gap, Kosher et HIH ( Organic Rapunzel Fair trade).
Depuis l'année 2012 CCF s'est engagé dans une démarche de commerce équitable fondé sur le dialogue, la transparence et le respect CCF est certifiée HIH (Organic Rapunzel Fair trade), cette démarche contribue au développement durable en offrant de meilleures conditions commerciales et en garantissant les droits des producteurs et des travailleurs marginalisés. Dans le cadre de sa certification Fair for life CCF vise principalement à soutenir son ensemble de producteurs et améliorer de plus en plus leur revenu et leur niveau de vie. Ses agriculteurs sont en nombre de 21 répartis sur plusieurs localités de la délégation de Douz au sud de la Tunisie.
