| Impact, special achievements & commitments | | | SC Global Coco Products, Inc. continues to manufacture certified Organic – Fair for Life Refined Bleached and Deodorized coconut oil despite the restrictions imposed by government due to the Covid-19 pandemic. With great difficulty in terms of movement, the Organic – FFL farmers engaged to tend to their farms more than the usual because of limitations to move to other areas like before the pandemic. This ushered a more productive period for them having to spend most of their time in their fields. One to one organic refresher seminars where held during the period for all farmers involved in the program. As covid intensified in the region, gatherings were absolutely restricted, thus the difficulty to conduct more activities. What was prioritized then was their registration as a cooperative with the Cooperative Development Agency. After the pre-membership seminar, the effort of the officers were on the completion of the documentary requirements and it eventual registration with the said agency. | ||||
