| Impact, special achievements & commitments | | | EN / FR The Shea Butter Producers Network of Hauts-Bassins et Cascades (RPBHC) aims to promote the socio-economic and cultural development of women and young people through the sustainable management of the shea tree, a responsible development of its products, as well as the development of moringa, bee products and sesame supply-chains. RPBHC is a network of 10,443 collectors, 570 producers with a total of 77 permanent and temporary employees. RPBHC for the implementation of its policy of socio-economic and cultural development of its members engages in: Promotion and development of promising sectors such as almonds and shea butter, sesame, moringa, products beekeeping and sorghum Empowering women and youth through the development of sustainable and equitable trade relations Organizing and strengthening the management and production capacities of member producers Developing women's and men's leadership young people by creating a working environment of exchange and sharing of experiences, entrepreneurship training. As for the Fair Trade Fund, a decision-making committee is set up to validate the activities to be carried out. Thus the use made of the Fund is as follows: The construction of 2 storage warehouses with a capacity of 100 tons / store in the collection areas The endowment of a motorcycle The endowment of improved stoves and gas to hundred of women The realization of sensitization and information campaigns in the different villages for the benefit of producers Strengthening the management capabilities of the technical team (computers, training, monitoring tools ...) Le Réseau des Productrices de Beurre de Karité des Hauts-Bassins et des Cascades (RPBHC) a pour mission la promouvoir le développement socio-économique et culturel des femmes et jeunes par la gestion durable de l'arbre à karité, une valorisation responsable de ses produits issus, ainsi que le développement de filières telles que le moringa, les produits de la ruche et le sésame. Le RPBHC est un réseau regroupant 10443 collectrices, 570 producteurs avec un total de 77 employés permanents et temporaires. Le RPBHC pour la mise en oeuvre de sa politique de développement socio-économique et culturel de ses membres s'engage dans: La Promotion et le développement des filières porteuses comme les amandes et beurre de karité, le sésame, le moringa, les produits apicoles et le sorgho L’autonomisation des femmes et des jeunes par le développement de relations commerciales durables et équitables L’organisation et le renforcement des capacités de gestion et de production des producteurs/trices membres Le développement du leadership des femmes et des jeunes par la création d’environnement de cadre d’échanges et de partage d’expériences, de formation en entrepreneuriat. Pour ce qui est du Fonds de Développement, il est mis en place un comité de prise de décision pour la validation des activités à mener. Ainsi l'utilisation faite du Fonds est la suivante: 1. La construction de 2 magasins de stockage d’une capacité de 100 tonnes/magasin dans les zones de collecte 2. La dotation d’une moto à un gestionnaire modèle 3. La dotation de foyers améliorés et gaz à une centaine de femmes 4. La réalisation des campagnes de sensibilisation et d’information dans les différents villages au profit des producteurs/trices 5. Le renforcement des capacités de gestion de l’équipe technique (ordinateurs, formations, outils de suivi et contrôle…) | ||||
