| Impact, special achievements & commitments | | | EN/FR Burkinature is a family-run company with 17 direct employees and around a hundred seasonal workers. It specializes in supporting small producers and certified organic and fair-trade processing units in various production sectors, including mango, sesame, hibiscus and shea butter in Burkina Faso. The company has been marketing these products and their by-products, mainly for export, since 1998. Burkinature is based in Burkina Faso and has two branches, in Ouagadougou and Bobo Dioulasso. But the company's activities and impact have been expanding and developing over the past 25 years over a large part of the country in various rural communities. Burkinature est une société à caractère familiale qui compte 17 employés directs et une centaine d’employés saisonniers. Elle s’est spécialisée dans l’encadrement de petits producteurs et d’unités de transformation certifiées biologiques et équitables sur différentes filières de production dont la mangue, le sésame, l’hibiscus et le beurre de karité au Burkina. L’entreprise commercialise, principalement à l’export, ces denrées et leurs sous-produits depuis 1998. Burkinature est basée au Burkina Faso et à deux antennes, à Ouagadougou et à Bobo Dioulasso. Mais les activités et l’impact de la société s’étendent et se développent depuis 25 ans sur une grande partie du territoire dans différentes communes rurales. | ||||
