| Impact, special achievements & commitments | | | EN/FR The Tebma Kando Union is a unionised group of Shea nut pickers in the Upper West Region of Ghana poised to improving their livelihood through the Shea nut. It currently has a membership of 7200 individual women in 12 working zones. There is interest from other groups in joining the union due to the impact the program is having on the life outcomes of members. Support from Fuji Oil Ghana and Olvie is enhancing our capacities to reach greater hights and hope to build on the successess so far to achief the Goal One of the SGDs. L'Union Tebma Kando est un groupe syndiqué de cueilleuses de noix de karité de la région de l'Upper West au Ghana, dont l'objectif est d'améliorer leurs moyens de subsistance grâce à la noix de karité. Il compte actuellement 7200 femmes réparties dans 12 zones de travail. D'autres groupes souhaitent rejoindre le syndicat en raison de l'impact du programme sur les conditions de vie des membres. Le soutien de Fuji Oil Ghana et d'Olvie renforce nos capacités à atteindre de plus hauts niveaux et nous espérons nous appuyer sur les succès obtenus jusqu'à présent pour atteindre le premier objectif des SGD. | ||||
