The company employs 656 people a year. The fair trade objectives are: contribute to the development and fulfillment of our workers' children through support and reinforcement in schooling, Reduce the vulnerability of our workers' families in terms of health by supporting the availability of medical care, Support communities in the supply of drinking water in the villages where our workers live. From the FFL 2022 development fund, social projects have begun: wells and village WCs have been installed in the communes of Antsahampano, Ambohimena and Androhibe, and solar-powered public lighting and a youth hostel in the village at Usine A. | ||||
