| Impact, actions & engagements remarquables | | | MIAHI coppérative has been producing geranium essential oil for several years and has decided to certify its product according to the FFL standard in partnership with FAIROIL MADAGASCAR. It currently has 44 small producers and maintains a total area of 44.73 ha. The production of essential oil is a source of income that can improve the living conditions of farmers. Long dependent on the price fluctuation of geranium essential oil locally and internationally, the cooperative has opted to produce a quality product, at a fair price and respecting the environment. For its development project, the cooperative chose the re-establishment of a General Teaching College for rural youth. | ||||
