Impact, special achievements & commitments | Since 1968, Birlik is servicing its customers passionately through its BRC Grade AA+, latest version facilities located in Izmir, Turkey. Throughout the years, Birlik has reformed its processing facility to an ultimate source of herbs and spices. State of the art equipment is ensuring to clean, process, blend and sterilize goods while complying with global food regulations.Today Birlik is one of the most successful processors in this field, giving a total guarantee to the goods from farm with full traceability. BIRLIK’s, Fair for Life program first started in 2015. With the growing demand on FFL quality fennel, our farmers’ group (will be called here after as BIRLIK FFL group) is enlarged from 5 to 10 farmers in 2017, 10 to 14 in 2019 and total production capacity of the group will reach more than 100 tons of fennel in 2019. In 2020, 13 farmers will be in their FFL project, 15 farmers will be planned and more than 170 tons of fennel in 2021. | |||||||
