| Impact, special achievements & commitments | | | SPCL works with small holder farmers within the Kwaebibirem Municipality of Ghana. These farmers are trained on OFT standards and when certified, supply products for processing. Workers at the mill include high skilled staff who come from cities to relocate in the village and low skilled workers from Asuom and its surrounding communities with most of them being women. Per Serendipalm's vision, impacts are made where the profit we make are shared with the workers and the earth from which we made it. SPCL will continue to develop a cooperation network with key stakeholders to promote rural development and participate in regenerating communities and land. The FT fund coming from customers are utilised through community development projects, capacity building and meeting farmer and workers need. All these are geared towards improving livelihood of people and land as per our vision. | ||||
